RV Repair Rates

Covers the cost of drive time and associated vehicle expenses. Based upon the distance to your location from Casey’s General Store in Parkview, IA. Distance included is for the trip to your location and does not include distance to return.

Diagnostics: Our desire is that you/someone is present to demonstrate what you are experiencing to help reduce the amount of diagnostics time. This time covers the cost associated with identifying the root cause of the failure and determining the appropriate resolution. The technician will present you with this information prior to proceeding with the repair.

Service: We use flat rate times which are industry-based averages for completing the given service. This protects the customer from slow technicians as well as provides an incentive for the business to become more efficient. This approach applies to Repairs as well as the Preventative Maintenance activities.

Parts: Typically, we will provide the parts needed for the repair. However, there may be times when the customer may desire to procure the needed parts. The details can be discussed at time of determining permission to proceed with the repair. If parts are provided by the customer, then the part portion of our warranty will not apply.

We are required by law to charge a 6% State sales tax and a 1% Local Option Sales Tax (if applicable to your county) for labor and parts.
